Benjamin is a practicing lawyer and patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property infringement litigation, general corporate legal affairs and business law cases. He is familiar with IP litigation and has successfully help clients to protect their rights and defend his clients from improper assertions many times.

Ms. Lee was retained by renowned companies to defend them on fights for corporate ownership and shareholding-related disputes. She provided consultation services to Taiwanese entrepreneurs on launching investments in China, developing infrastructure required for the investments, and resolving commercial disputes. Ms. Lee is a highly experienced lawyer, as evidenced by the Winner of Litigation & Dispute Resolution – Taiwan by Corporate LiveWire – Global Awards 2015, she received in 2015.

Eric entered law school for patent law studying with 15-year experience in mechanical engineering, and became a lawyer specialized in patent disputes in 2007. With both technical and legal professions, Eric is especially capable of bridging technical and legal minds. Besides handling patent disputes in front of the Taiwan IP Court and the Taiwan IP Office, Eric also helps clients with patent disputes involving foreign patents, as well as licensing negotiations, etc. Once Eric helped his client to fight a deeper-pocket-by-far opponent in cross-border disputes involving Taiwan, China and US patents. Eric especially succeeded in challenging patentability in the USPTO, the TIPO and the SIPO, which enabled a very favorable global settlement for the client.

Chen assists a wide variety of Taiwan-based and foreign clients of all manner and sizes in complex business transactions and cross-border disputes involving outbound and inbound investment, corporate and business law, intellectual property and emerging technology, procurement and supply chain, franchise and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate, commercial, transactional, and contractual matters. Chen has a considerable in-house experience in the financial sector, where he dealt with a diverse array of financial and banking legal issues and regularly worked with foreign attorneys around the world to protect the bank’s interest and support the bank’s business across the globe. Chen’s rich background of in-house experience gives him a unique strength of providing local presence with an international perspective to clients. With his prior in-house experience, Chen strives to successfully and strategically complete clients’ transactions in dynamic global markets to their interest and satisfaction.

During the time as Senior Researcher fellow of M.H.W., responsible for implementing, interpreting, and complying domestic biomedical laws or regulations related affairs. As Legal Research fellow of STLI, implemented Industrial Technology Develop Program (ITDP) and other legal projects, and the research areas include biotechnology laws or biotechnology-related laws. In addition, as committee Member of Biobank Review Board of Taipei Mackay Memorial Hospital, successfully assisted hospital to gain the establishment approval from Competent Authority.

Mr. Chiang has long been dedicated to the research on proteins and antibodies. He once joined hands with the Institute of Applied Mechanics and the National Taiwan University in publishing relevant innovations in immunology technology, and participated in the development of new reagents during the period of COVID-19. Additionally, he was once included in the Chollima Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and went to the City of Hope, Los Angeles Cancer Medical Center as a visiting scholar to learn relevant gene editing technology. He is currently serving as a senior researcher in a biomedical company and a regulatory staff in a medical material company, with expertise in relevant R&D procedures and the certification of medical materials.
